As women, professionals, and executives, we deal with many systemic, overlooked challenges. These challenges and also the impact on our society has an influence on how we do, feel, and act. Working with an experienced, Confident Coach can be a game-changer when you are growing as an individual and professional. My main focus in this Confidence coaching process is to help you design a vision for your personal and professional life that aligns with your values and goals. Based on that vision, I will support and guide you in the desired direction: A Confident Leader! To be confident is to inspire your teammates and leaders in their roles and to express assertiveness.

Ultimate Leadership Program

Who you are as a leader on the inside and personal level affects everything in business and how you interact with the people in your area of influence. The program Ultimate Leadership is designed for leaders in any leadership position. Ultimate Leadership focuses on the learned behaviors that affect how a leader works, delegate, influence, communicate and lead. During this six months program Nostra Growth focuses on the overall skills improvement of the leaders and on supporting leaders to strengthen their leadership skills.

In my coaching sessions, training, and speaking engagements, I use best practices, knowledge, inspiration, and creative techniques to get you where you want to be. This way, the whole process feels great and fun for you. Although I am a Caribbean-based coach, my life mission is to refine the leadership of female leaders around the globe.
