From an executive leader in the corporate world to an Executive & Leadership Coach, my journey has been one of transformation, depth, and rediscovery.

For many years in corporate leadership, I operated predominantly from my masculine energy, driven, structured, results-oriented. While this allowed me to perform and succeed, it also left me feeling a persistent sense of unfulfillment and disconnection.

My transition into a more balanced way of leading has been both intense and profoundly rewarding. It required me to reconnect with my feminine energy, the space of intuition, emotion, presence, and inner knowing.

Today, I stand as a guide for leaders who seek that same alignment.

I believe that true leadership emerges when we honor both forces within us the masculine and the feminine. When we embrace this balance, we create environments where people don’t just perform, but truly thrive.
